The island runs a long celebration calendar. Where your date falls changes the light, the cost and how early you need to book.
Spring
Wildflowers still on the hillsides, sea air mild, and light that photographs beautifully. Popular with couples who want warmth without high summer.
High summer
The busiest season, and the one booked earliest. Ceremonies move to late afternoon and receptions run outdoors well past midnight.
Early autumn
Many couples’ favourite window: the sea is still warm, the crowds have thinned, and the evening light is at its best.
Off season
Quieter, more affordable, and well suited to christenings, corporate evenings and intimate winter weddings indoors.

Every celebration begins the same way: you tell us the season, the guest numbers and the feeling you want in the room. Nothing is booked and nothing is paid for until the scope and the costs are agreed in writing.
From there it is our job to hold the detail — the venue, the suppliers, the paperwork, the running order — so that the year before the wedding belongs to you rather than to a spreadsheet.

Questions people ask before they begin.
Is there a minimum budget?
No. We have styled a single table for a family christening and produced celebrations that filled a venue for several hundred, and both get the same attention. Tell us roughly what you are comfortable spending and we will tell you honestly what is possible at that level — and say so plainly if what you are picturing needs more.
Can you plan our wedding if we live abroad?
Yes — a large part of our work is for couples arriving from another country. We share venue options with photographs and video, meet online, and handle everything on the island, so your first visit can be the wedding week itself if that suits you.
What paperwork does a wedding in Cyprus involve?
It depends on whether you marry in church or in a civil ceremony, and on your nationality and country of residence. We set out which documents the relevant authority asks for, in what order, and assist with obtaining the licence and filing the documents with the municipality.
How far ahead should we book?
Dates from May to October are usually reserved well over a year in advance. Shorter timelines are often workable — send us your date and we will tell you honestly what is still available.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Greek, throughout: planning, supplier calls and on the day itself.
Do you plan celebrations other than weddings?
Yes. Christenings, engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, first communions, gender reveals, retirement parties and corporate occasions, across the whole island.
Which parts of Cyprus do you cover?
The whole island. Most of our work is in Larnaca, Limassol, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paphos and the Nicosia district, including the mountain villages of the Troodos range.
